We check your home for damage and make your home ready for your incoming guests

Standard Change-over Cleaning

  • Kitchen: Clean sink, stove & counter tops. Clean microwave. Empty and clean refrigerator &freezer. Sweep & mop floor. Check oven. Check toaster. Check coffee maker   
  • Bathrooms: Clean sink/mirrors. Clean tub/shower. Clean toilet. Wash floor. Check bathroom vanity for items left behind.   
  • Living rm. /Dining rm.: Dust furniture -vacuum floors. Check under & straighten cushions. Mop floor 
  • Bedrooms: Dust furniture Vacuum / swifter floors. Clean mirrors. Make beds with covers and pillows (if linen & towel service added --strip beds, and make with fresh linens. Place clean towels at end of each bed.) Check under beds and in between night stand & bed for trash. Check dresser for left items, or garbage.   
  • Stairs: Vacuum/mop stairs Sanitize handrails  
  •  Outside: Sweep Deck. Remove left items, clean & sweep outside shower. Straighten outdoor furniture. Wipe down outdoor furniture. Clean off grill.   
  • Included in all rooms Empty all trash & liners in all trash cans Clean Sliding Glass doors. Clear rooms of any trash, magazines or newspapers left behind.     

Opening clean

Because of the short window we have to clean your home between a guest checking in and checking out we require all our homes to have an "opening clean".

The opening clean let's us address issues that because of time restraints we can not in weekly changeovers.  It starts your home with a clean slate that we can keep that way with weekly maintenance.
