Husky 824 Quick Care Disinfectant will be used on soft surfaces such as mattresses, pillows, couches etc. We will have "disinfecting/sanitizing" crews who will make their rounds to each of our properties in between renters to spray all soft surfaces. We have began implementing the use of electric spray guns to distribute the disinfectant solution.

We have revamped our "3 page changeover checklist" to include disinfecting of high touch points as a reminder to our staff and to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of our services. All staff will be trained on new policies and procedures prior to the start of our rental season.
